Free Philippine Vacation Property Listings

Posted on 11. Oct, 2011 by in Ad Sales News

Do you have any type of Philippine vacation rental available? These can be anything from a room to rent a few months a year, or entire apartments and condos, or guest house rooms, or hotel and resort rooms.

Here’s a very cool deal for you. Go to AirBNB.com and add your listing for free. When you add your listing, there’s a button to request free professional photography services from AirBNB. They will send a contract photographer to your property to take high-quality, professional photos. The photographer will arrange a time to visit, and they usually won’t take more than 20 – 45 minutes, depending on the size and type of listing you have. Large hotels and resorts will take longer, of course.

Regardless of the time spent, or the number of photos taken, the service is completely free. Of course, adding your listing is free as well. There is absolutely no cost to you.

If you have multiple properties, add them all! If your property has more than one type of accommodation with significant differences or features, you can add them as separate entries and get even more free exposure.

What you will need to add your listing(s):

1. Go to AirBNB and create a new account.
2. Create a property listing. Simply add a descriptive title, a truthful description that gives the traveler a good idea of what you are offering, and fill out the simple form that asks basic questions about your property like how many bedrooms, how many people it will accommodate, and the location of the property. Enter your desired asking price, and that’s it!
3. Just be sure to request the free professional photography service when you add your listings.

If you already have a listing, and want to avail of the free services, you can always go back to your listing and make the request.

Welcome to our adventure!

Philippine Ad Sales is almost ready to plug in, turn on, and fire off! We’re glad you’re here with us.

What are we doing? So, let me get this straight. You are going to offer advertisers a system that will put their creative advertisements in front of the eyeballs of people that really really really want their products. Is that what you’re telling me?

And wait, what about publishers? You are going to give them a way to make money on their Philippine-related blogs and other sites, by letting them put a little code on their site? By showing ads on their sites that match their content? This sounds pretty good.. is there more?

Yeah – there’s a lot more. But too much to put into a little blog post like this.

For now, go with what you know. We built an advertising platform for Publishers (web site operators) and Advertisers, and it’s almost ready. Our network of sites focus on The Philippine Islands and the site topics include Travel, Nightlife, Bars, Clubs, Hotels, Resturants and Girls. Did I say Girls? Yeah, I did. Of course, ANY Phillipine-related site is welcome, as long as they meet a few simple rules:

No Hate, No Bigotry, No Illegal Crap, No Underaged Girls, No Copyrighted Content (that they don’t own), No Malware, No Torrents, No Spyware.

I think that about covers it.

We’ll be adding HUGE amounts of content to the site in the next few weeks, including advertising rates, publisher payout schedules, instructions for adding our banner zone code (it’s javascript, and it’s simple), and information on how the whole damn thing works. We’ll also be adding an entire section for news and tips on how to get the most out of your internet advertising and marketing dollar. See, we figure, if you do well, we’ll do well. So we want to you have EVERY resource you need to get started, get successfull, and get paid.

Until next time, sign up for our newsletter and stay in touch.
